DIAMOND CUT ALLOY REFURBISH

Diamond cut alloys have a different appearance to the more conventional painted/powder coated alloy wheel. This is often described as a high shine finish, upon close inspection, it resembles the finish of a CD.

When you look very closely you can see exceptionally fine grooves, just like a CD on the face of the wheel which can only be achieved on a lathe.

Diamond cut wheels can be cut a number of times before either effecting the visual profile or the integrity of the wheel. It is important to have these types of wheels repaired by professionals, avoiding smart repair cheap fixes where your wheels would be sanded and potentially damaged to the point of having to purchase a new wheel.
